I’m a writer, producer, on-camera talent and the original host of “The Thread” on Yahoo!, a web series about celebrity style. I came to the TV (see Appearances) and internet television world by way of magazines. As a staff writer at New York Magazine, I wrote about chefs, real estate, social trends and shopping. I’m a contributing editor at ELLE where I write celebrity profiles and explore the psychology behind alarming (and not so alarming) beauty trends. My work has also appeared in Brides, Details, Allure, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, Condé Nast Traveler, Budget Travel, Teen Vogue, Harpers Bazaar UK and some fantastic publications no longer with us, Cookie, Plum, Vitals.
What else. I grew up in New York and graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in English and honors in creative writing. I am great at French braids, bargain shopping and wrapping presents.
I live in Manhattan with my husband and twin daughters, Orly and Scarlett.
